Simply arrange staff to re-locate them to a place where they are not happy/willing to go.
And even ask human resource to prepare re-location employment letter for staff.
First time heard that staff's residence is arrange by company, and if this so, are the staffs is going to change Identity Card due to new residence/address changes?!

Staff's feeling is not related to company as long as you are under my company, then you have to work for me. This is company mindset? Curious...
Moreover, staff who re-locate only can go back their hometown when it is holiday. No off day?!

If company couldn't employ new staff in "J area", then please shut it down. Simply re-locate staff from "M area" to the "J area" which far away from their hometown, and don't even care their feeling, this is the worst thing to do. Company couldn't employ staff, is it staff fault? my colleague fault?
By the way, I did talk to colleague who being re-locate to "J area" before, and almost all answer is the same, not going down "J area" anymore. They DON'T like it.
Therefore, my decision is to resign.
I've sent my resignation letter. The rest let them do whatever they want. Non-related to me.
1 month after and I'm done. Say goodbye to this "poor", "funny", "worst" company.
